Terms and conditions
These conditions govern the sale of Nutralab products through the nutralab.life website. By placing an order, you fully accept the following.
1. Seller's identity

2. Products
The products sold are food supplements notified to the Ministry of Health. The images are for illustrative purposes only: the actual product may show slight differences in packaging.
3. Prices and payments
All prices are expressed in Euros and include VAT where applicable. We accept credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payments are handled by Shopify Payments over a secure connection: your card details never pass through our servers.
4. Conclusion of the contract
The sales contract is considered concluded when the order confirmation is sent by email. Nutralab reserves the right to refuse orders in case of product unavailability or clear errors in pricing.
5. Shipping and delivery
The delivery methods, times and costs are indicated on the Shipping.
6. Right of withdrawal
The conditions for withdrawal and returns are detailed on the Returns and refunds.
7. Legal guarantee of conformity
All products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for by articles 128–135 of the Codice del Consumo.
8. Jurisdiction
For disputes with Italian consumers, the competent court is that of the consumer's place of residence. For business customers, the competent court is that of San Marino.
9. Subscriptions
For some products, purchase by subscription is available, with periodic delivery at the frequency chosen when ordering and with the discount shown on the product page. The amount for each delivery is charged to the registered payment method, at the price shown at the time of the order, until cancellation. The subscription can be paused, skipped or cancelled at any time from the account area of the website or by writing to supporto@nutralab.life, without penalty; the cancellation will apply to deliveries that have not yet been processed. The right of withdrawal applies to each individual delivery.
