Shipping

Orders are dispatched from the Republic of San Marino to all of Italy and major EU countries, using tracked couriers. Here you can find delivery times, costs, and methods.

Order origin and preparation

Orders are dispatched from the Republic of San Marino. Order preparation and shipping are handled by Syslogistic s.r.l., Strada dell’Assenzio 17, Serravalle.

Orders received by 14:00, from Monday to Friday, are processed the same day. Orders received after this time or on public holidays are processed on the next working day. The time indicated is the local time in San Marino.

Delivery times

From the time of dispatch, the estimated transit times are:

Italy: 1–2 working days.
Islands and remote areas: 2–3 working days.
Other European Union countries: 2–6 working days.

Transit times are in addition to the order preparation time. Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays are not counted as working days.

We ship to Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.

Shipping costs

Italy: €5.90 — free for orders of €49 or more.
European Union: €14.90 — free for orders of €99 or more.

Tracking

When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with the courier's tracking number (BRT, GLS or DHL). You can monitor the delivery in real time on the carrier's website.

Missed delivery

If you are not in, the courier will leave a delivery notice and attempt a second delivery the next day. After two failed attempts, the parcel will be held for 5 working days.
