TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These General Terms and Conditions apply to orders placed on our online store:

1. PURPOSE

1.1 These General Terms and Conditions ("T&C") apply to all contracts entered into between NUTRALAB SRL (hereinafter "we") and consumers (hereinafter "users") relating to the purchase of products on the site https://www.nutralab.life ("Online Store").

Any natural person acting for purposes not related to his or her commercial, entrepreneurial or professional activity is considered a consumer.

1.2 By placing an order through our site, you accept the T&Cs in the version valid at the time of the order.

1.3 Any terms and conditions that differ from these T&Cs will not be binding, even if not expressly objected to by us.

2. CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT

2.1 Contracts can only be concluded in Italian and Spanish.

2.2 The presentation of the products on the site does not constitute a binding offer, but an invitation to purchase by the user.

2.3 The user can add products to the cart and modify them at any time before confirming the order.

2.4 Only by clicking on “PLACE ORDER” does the user submit a binding offer, valid for 15 days.

2.5 After placing the order, the user will receive an email confirming receipt, which does not constitute acceptance. The contract is considered concluded only with the sending of the email of acceptance or confirmation of shipment.

2.6 We do not keep a copy of the contract. However, we will send a copy by email with order details, T&Cs and information on the right of withdrawal.

3. PRICES AND SHIPPING COSTS

Prices are in euros, VAT included, and valid at the time of ordering. Shipping costs are excluded and visible in the ordering process.

If the order is processed in partial deliveries, the user will pay only the first shipment, unless explicit request for separate shipments.

Payment must be made at the time of conclusion of the contract, unless otherwise indicated in the chosen method.

4. PAYMENT

Accepted methods:

(a) Credit card
Charge after conclusion of contract.

(b) PayPal
Instant payment via PayPal account.

5. DELIVERY

5.1 We accept orders with delivery addresses in Europe.

5.2 Partial deliveries are permitted if reasonable.

5.3 Shipping is via courier.

5.4 Collection on site is not possible.

5.5 In case of unavailability, a full refund will be made.

6. RETENTION OF TITLE

Ownership remains ours until full payment is made.

7. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY

7.1 The 2-year legal guarantee applies as per the regulations.

7.2 Any conventional guarantees will be indicated in the attached materials or on the product page.

7.3 Unlimited liability only for intent or gross negligence, death or personal injury.

We process personal data in accordance with the GDPR. See our Privacy Policy.

Nutralab does not adhere to mandatory extrajudicial procedures, but is available to evaluate direct solutions with the customer.

11. APPLICABLE LAW

These T&C are governed by Italian law. If applicable, the most favorable rules provided by the law of the country of residence of the consumer also apply.
