📝 RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The user may exercise the right of withdrawal in accordance with the terms described below, except in the cases of exclusion provided for.

A. When is it possible to withdraw?

The user has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without having to provide any reason.

The term runs from the day on which the user (or a designated third party, other than the carrier) acquires physical possession of the ordered product.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the user must send us a clear communication (via email or post) indicating the intention to withdraw:

B. Effects of withdrawal

In case of withdrawal:

  • We will refund you for all payments received, including any standard delivery charges (excluding any extra charges requested by you).

  • The refund will be made within 14 days from receipt of the withdrawal notice, using the same payment method chosen by the user.

  • The refund may be withheld until the products are returned or the user provides proof of shipment.

The product must be returned within 14 days from the withdrawal communication. The shipping costs for the return are at the user's expense.

The user is responsible of any decrease in value of products resulting from use that is not in accordance with their nature or purpose.

❌ EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal does not apply in the following cases:

  • Products not prefabricated made to specific customer request (e.g. white label cosmetics and supplements);

  • Products customized or made to measure;

  • Products perishable or with short expiration;

  • Products sealed which are not suitable to be returned for hygiene reasons and have been opened;

  • Products inseparably mixed with other goods after delivery.

💸 REFUNDS

As soon as we receive the return, the refund will be processed within a few days. The timing depends on the payment method used:

  • Credit or debit card: refund sent to issuer within 5 working daysThe actual time for crediting depends on the bank.

  • PayPal: automatic refund to your PayPal account within 5 working days.

  • Bank transfer: the refund will be made within 5 working days.

    Crediting generally occurs within 24–48 hours.
